I had seen the post on instagram about the offer of mobile phone covers. I liked the covers and I placed the order for the two back covers on 11th June 2019. The payment was done via netbanking but when I'm trying to check the order status they are asking for login credentials. But at the time of placing the order i wasn't asked to create a account. It was based on some details only.order So now I'm not able to track my order. Tell me how to get the payment refunded? Or how can I track my order?
