[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — payment done but order placement confirmation not given

I saw the post on instagram about the offer of phone covers. I placed the order for the cover. Then the payment is done but the site didn't provided the order number and confirmation of placement of product. Tell me how to get the payment refunded? Or how to get the order confirmation message?
