[Resolved]  Stayfit Health & Fitness World Pvt Ltd — Defective DB13 Elliptical cross trainer

I purchased a product(DB13 Elliptical cross trainer) from StayFit from Koramangala on 17th of May-2014. When they delivered the product to my home it was in very bad condition. It does not look like new product. After seeing the product, I lost trust in Stayfit and I am no more interested in replacing the product and conveyed the same thing to stayfit and told them to cancel the order. But they are not ready to do it and I am chasing them from past 5 days. I paid Rs-19, 000 for this Product and It does not look like new and few parts are missing and while delivering product it was not properly packed.
