[Resolved] Stayfit — Poor customer service/no user instructions | |||||
We have purchased about 4 lakhs of equipment for our society. I contacted the Hyderabad office for some posters Yapraland instructions printouts on how to use the equipment. Unfortunately, we have to chase up as the response is very poor. One cycle machine had a pedal removed almost 3 weeks ago. No information from the company. Please direct staff to be as enthused with after sales also, and not just smooth talk before sales.Very sad state Was this information helpful? | |||||
