Stayzilla — Booking cancelled but no refund so far.

I made a booking for my family at Seema Holidays Guest House Candolim, and paid Rs 1500. But the hotel people had cancelled due to unavilabity of rooms, so made booking cancelled. The stayzilla acknowledged with following reply

"Hello Pavan,
Cancelled On 31st Dec 2016
Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate you at this point of time. Stayzilla has initiated a 100% refund of the amount paid by you."

After two days, i asked stayzilla about refund particulars, they replied me

"Hi Pavan,

Greetings from Stayzilla.com !!!

With the reference to your order id[protected][protected], we would like to inform you that the refund of Rs.1500/- has been initiated back to your original payment method on 02/01/2017.

Further as we checked with our concerned department, the amount has been successfully refunded back to your original payment method on 02/01/2017.

The Reference number is 30000170036365210600436.

We request you to contact the respective bank customer care with the above-mentioned reference number in order to know the status of the refund.

Kindly note that the transaction will be in the name of INASRA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.

I asked concerned bank, they said the reference number itself not valid. same i have forwarded to stayzilla.

On Feb 7 they replied me

"Dear Pavan,

Greetings from Stayzilla.com !!!

With reference to your order id[protected][protected], we have forwarded your request regarding refund delay to our payment gateway team. Once we receive the reply from them, we will update you the same.

After this i was called/mail several times to Stayzilla and not get any reply from them.
