[Resolved] Stayzilla — Booking not confirmed | |||||
Hi, I have booked 7 room in Hotel Keerthi, Belgaum and 2 rooms in Kshema in on 19th dec 2015. I have received the check-in pass from Stayzilla but I contacted the Hotel but they saying no single rooms booked by my name. I'm following up with stayzilla but no single answer I am getting. And Stayzilla has to refund me 750 rs extra amt, that amt also not credited. below is company address: Rams Swathi Towers, Durgabai Deshmukh Road, R A Puram, Chennai- 600028, Tamilnadu, India. I am amit sharma and i have booked hotel in dalhousie from stayzilla and gave 30% advance now they have sent a message that hotel booking is not confirmed. my order id is:-[protected]-[protected].date of booking-16/5/2016
