this complaint is regarding booking made by me on 23 feb 2017, for booking of homestay at ooty.
i had made advance payment of rs.700 for booking of homestay at ooty from 24 feb to 26 feb 17.
however my booking was cancelled due to non availability of rooms.
i was informed about this through SMS and email and assured of refund.
bur till now as on 7 mar 17 refund of rs. 700 has not been made
also there customer care numbers and emails are not working
a very poor response from the company
