[Resolved] Stayzilla — Payment Deducted - Transaction timed out - booking not done | |||||
Dear Sir /Madam ; I tried to book hotel Sandhya in Kasol from 31-dec-2016 to 1 -jan-2017 . Two times, amount of 3755 got debited from my HDFC account through netbanking . However the transaction timed out both times, resulting in amount getting deducted but booking not getting confirmed . Total of[protected] x 2 times ) has been deducted from my account without any booking . Kindly refund the same . Please let me know if any further details are required from me . awaiting my hard earned money and your prompt response at earliest . PS NOTE - None of the customer care number available on net are working . When u click live chat on their website it says, leave your details, we will get back to you . I have already written mails to [protected]@stayzilla.com and [protected]@stayzilla.com await response . they appear to be a shady organization .
