Stayzilla — Refund not received after canceled the booking by host | |||||
I Had Booked a hotel through Stayzilla on 12th Dec'16 id is[protected][protected] .Made advance payment of Rs 2470. After few days the booking got cancelled by the host authority. Stayzilla notified that full refund has been initiated and it'll take 3-4 business days. Today is 10th April. I tried calling their so called customer support. Apparently all the provided contacts are false. Mail ids are also false. No wonder, they are non-responsive in their Facebook page. And as it seems this happens very frequently with numbers of people. Now I am finding lots of similar complaints registered against this fraud company. I wish I had known this before.
