I had book the room in kannur kerala on 23 -5 2016 in stayzilla and i paid the amount online to stayzilla, by 10 mit i got the booking confirmation in my phone and mail, booking no[protected], and when i reached the hotel they told that we dont have any online booking with stayzilla the time was night 10, i was with my family and i could not get the room near by hotel . and traveled 30 km to get the hotel room, and this stayzilla dont have any contact no also . in website i was all the number was switch off,
