Stayzilla.com — Fraud Booking hotel by www.stayzilla.com ( hotel Central Central Nirvana Resort Darjeeling

We have booked hotel - Central Nirvana Resort Darjeeling ( 23April – 26 April ) for 2 rooms through stayzilla on ( 23rd Nov ) and pay 30% advance . The stayzilla/hotel has been confirmed my booking on (date ) by email . On (27th Feb ) I received SMS for booking has been canceled and amount will transfer to bank however I didn’t send any request for cancellation, It really strange why it has been canceled where I didn’t send any request for cancellation . We called hotel for why it has been canceled but they told stayzilla.com didnt book any hotel by our name ( Tanmoy chandra ) . Now hotel rate is high and stayzilla.com just doing fraud booking and refund it .

As a consumer they are taking money as false booking and refund . Now current condition hotel has been less room and price is too high due this fraud Booking

Need help to resolve this issue
