steelco furniture — damage furniture

Hello,
We have purchased furnitue from steelco furniture on 13th oct 2020
In which 1 chair (Hydraulic not working) and 2 table top was damage and computer wire hole and nobs in table tops where missing.
After complaining for more then 7 times there are not replacing chair and tops.
Now they are saying we cant say actual time when we can change.
Its 3 months please help us to change the furniture or refund my money.
