StepAhead — Reg fraud service & refunding of paid amount

Sir, I have purchased the a list of below services provided by Step Ahead (Times Job) and have not received any services by Times Job. Even after I register compaint to the [protected]@timesjobs.com I didn’t get any positive feedback yet. Totally I paid Rs 42350 and they are asking to pay 25000 again to get any service I had only planned to take the Resume Zapper only and all the other services were forced by agent from Step Ahead. After paid all the services they are not responding. Sometime I am receiving call from new agents for introducing Step Ahead, when I talk about them regarding the refund they disconnect the call. Kindly suggest how I can get my money back.
