I have hired there for business development and he provided me the offer letter and i have that committed salary letter by the name of hr manager "rakesh" & head is mr. Roopam. After 1 month, he started changing their algorithm and started showing the tantrums about revenues and all. I was completely not aware that he is doing with all the employee he hired before.
First of all, i am looking for my salary till date i have worked for him and second i will like to see whether indian consumer complaint forum is capable to sort it out or not so that i have various ways to sort it out.
