[Resolved] Stepsindia Technologies — not complete my project/not going to refund my amount

I have handover my company website i. E. Airnwings.com project to stepsindia technologies. But they are not completed this project, when i said refund my amount. They said we will not refund the amount. As per conversation with mr kalam in the beginning, he said "if we will not complete your project then you will get full refund" now they are not ready to refund my amount of inr 15, 700/-. This company is fraud company. Such company should be closed as they are cheating and trying to make fool other. Very cheap staff.

As disscussed with Kamal and his words i closed my first compaint but still they are unable to comelete my project with in 15 days and now he is not taking my call neither refund my amount of INR 15, 730/-. I have written email from Kamal side "If they will not complete this project with in 15 days then he will full refund back in my account. Now he is not ready to take my call. Tomorrow i will lodge FIR again this company under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (Section 421 IPC). I have all the docs. I will raise the complaint with Companies Act, 2013 Fraud & Compliance - ICSI.

If any one have the same issue with same company then email me on ajoy.[protected]@gmail.com, so that we can close such fraud company as soon as possible.
