[Resolved]  Sterling Holiday Resorts — not responding to emails or other requests for reservation of holidays for member

Website:Sterlingholidays.com

Trying since last 2 days to book holidays through emails and website reservation forms.
They are not responding to requests and simply giving me auto response numbers, 03232757 & 03234144, without any further action.
Their[protected] number is always busy.
I tried to contact their head office on[protected], they are not ready to listen to my complaint of not getting reservation, though i am more than 25 years old member of the organization.
I don't know how to get my complaint resolved of "not getting confirmation of my holiday request".
