[Resolved]  Sterling Holidays — Refund DP amount and cancellation of membership

Sterling Holidays Company Kindly cancel of my membership due to false information provide. I was book dated 02/11/2013 in surat Through your Sales Executive Mr. Ashish Sharma (HDFC credit card) I was completed basic formality and told that Mr Ashish sharma you will wait my confirmation then you are blocked my card but Mr Ashish Sharma was block my card without my notice, And also told that DP is 100% refund within 10 days. AS per Clause no 12 . a.ii.1. Mr AShish Sharma was false information provide to me and confirmed by His superior boss Mr Jesal barot and he told that my Executive was false information provided to you. Mr jesal barot told me that there is no refund. but not in writing proof So kindly refund amount Rs. 27918/- & make cheque name favor of me. As per discussion with Mr Ajit Joirge dated 08/11/2013 for cancelled the membership & Mrs. Amrin Shaikh dated 12/11/2013. So Kindly issue cheque in favour of me due to my card was lost. Bank detail below mention
