Fern hill ooty sterling holidays is a worst destination place they give preference to cash in customers n give bad budget rooms for the members, in peak seasons rooms are always unavailable for members plus they forcefully alot worse rooms are no-one response to the calls nor attend the guests (Members of sterling holidays) at least elk hill sterling resorts is far much better in service..
