[Resolved] Sterling Holidays Resorts — poor customer service

I have purchased sterling timeshare membership through their company representative in jabalpur ; although there were many false promises which later proved how poorly company handles the customers.
Then i requested for cancellation as i wanted to close this membership against which they replied that i will get zero amount as refund.

I wanted to stop there itself but they went ahead & deducted the emi also.
Now i feel cheated & dont find any way to get my amount back.

Please someone suggest a way out.
