[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — step motherly treatment to members | |
Sterling holidays is now being run by a very unethical and arrogant management. Members are being cheated of their rights. Wherever you want to take a vacation at their resorts you are very cleverly told that no rooms are available for the dates you have asked and that u take the dates no one else wants. How ridiculous. Even if you manage to get an accommodation in their filthy and ill kept resorts u are given the most shabby rooms. On one such visit i gound that while they claimed to be full actually half the rooms were vacant waiting greedily for people with hot cash to come along. What a shame. I would like the management to look into this matter at the earliest as it is hard to imagine that anyone can stoop so low to make a few fast bucks. Please remember no institution can do well unless it's members who have invested their hard earned money are happy Was this information helpful? | |
