My customer id is 87402. I have been trying to book sterling resorts and every time they say that only guest room is available even though i have the membership for 1bhk. Everytime they say that the 1bhk and studios are sold out even though i can see it as available for non-members in sterling sites and external sites.
Now that i tried to book for a holiday well in advance to make sure that i get 1bhk, i was told that i cannot book for a single day since i am booking so early and that i have to book atleast for 2 days (Call reference # br75122). I was looking for 2 rooms for a single day.
Sterling cannot decide when i should go for holiday and how many day i should stay. Its my prerogative.
It has now become a habit of sterling to squeeze their members even though enough facilities are available. The standard has drastically diminished in last 2-3 years after the resurrection a few years back.
Now i am fed up with sterling, i would like to close the membership sterling and i want sterling to pay my membership back based on the current market rates.
