[Resolved] Stm Company Online Form Filling Job Company — fraud registration & agreement in the name of part time job. | |||||
Hello I was looking for part time job on clickindia.com app which is c jobs. Yesterday (21/06/2019) i got an unknown phone call from male executive (Ankit mehta) (No. [protected]) for part time online form filling job, he gave me reference of clickindia.com. Work profile1500 forms in 10 days with 90%accuracy and salary would be rs 30, 000 i. E. Rs 20 per form. He asked for my id proof email id alternate contact no. Through whatsapp no.[protected] and said i need to register through app. Few minutes later i received mail from ankit mehta ([protected]@gmail.com) with two attached pdf files, one of sample work and the other of stm company. He sent the app link on my whatsapp no. After downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature and photo through app. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from agreement department ([protected]@gmail.com). I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with stm company with my photo and signature on it without my knowledge and approval. I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as frontech etc. Address: 324, galaxy emperia, warud road, aurangabad. Maharashtra 431005. I found many complaints against frontech also. I was now sure that this company is fraud. Today i contacted helpline numbers [protected], [protected] in order to cancel my registration. Female executive responded that i need to pay rs. 4500/- for cancellation and contact helpline email id - [protected]@gmail.com. I have sent the email for registration cancellation but so far no update from company's side. Please help me in this situation. Hope my complaint gets resolved as soon as possible. Jun 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from male executive of consumer complaints. I texted him STM Company's helpline no. and e-mail id. Later I received a mail from [email protected] regarding resolvement. I stated that complaint had been resolved.

STM REALLY a fraud company mujhe to bhut buri tarah fasa ke around 50000 le liye aur uske baad bhi continue call krke pareshan kar rhe than I have complaint FIR n they say they cant do anything everything is fraud hum sab ko mil ke court case karna chahiye agaisnt STM..aur easi fraud company band krwana chahiye..

After downloading the app executive called and said to upload signature and photo through app. Few minutes later i received another mail and this time from agreement department ([protected]@gmail.com). I was literally shocked!!! It contained contract agreement with stm company with my photo and signature on it without my knowledge and approval.
I realised that i was the victim of job fraud/job scam. I did some research on internet and found many complaints against the company. Also the address mentioned happens to be address of many other companies such as frontech etc.
Address: 324, galaxy emperia, warud road, aurangabad. Maharashtra 431005.
I found many complaints against frontech also. I was now sure that this company is fraud.
Today i contacted helpline numbers [protected], [protected] in order to cancel my registration. Female executive responded that i need to pay rs. 4500/- for cancellation and contact helpline email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
I have sent the email for registration cancellation but so far no update from company's side.
Please help me in this situation.
Hope my complaint gets resolved as soon as possible.
Also strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies

sir ji ek stap paper pe 2 agreement nahi bante kabhi.mene abhi check kiya mere bhi stamp paper ka number same hai or yaha ek ne comlaint kiya hai uski bhi stamp paper ka number same hai

even i am stuck in the same situation...i have faced exact the same experience as mentioned above by the othe customers. They just made my id without my information and i aked them to show the legal documents of the company and they didn't send to me at all and now their number is continously busy. i am no able to conect them.
I dont know but i am not going to pay them 4555/- at all. They ar fraud. This company is fraud who just fool and underpressure the customer to do the work and dont pay after it. I had checked the forms before submitting them and they showed that around 65-70% of forms were not accurate and they reject it. So as this company will do ...this is totally not trustable. I want to sue them or going to complain .

koi paise dene ki jarurat nhi hai...maine inki company ko MCA ki website pe dekha to stm ki company hai but vo dusre kaam karti hai ye data entry wale kaam nhi karte ye stm naam ki koi data entry company nhi hai ab call aay ga to unko bolo ki apki company ko maine minestry ki website search kiya to aapki company ka nam nhi hai agr jayda tang karo ge to mai police me ye no de dungi or apki agreeement v kitna real hai mughe pta hai so dont call me jo karna hai karlo

@Aditya ye to sach hei STM ka dusra company, hei Lekin typing ka nhi, but consumer complaint department se v paise mangrha hei woh froud company ka agreement termination k liye 6000, or ekk baat hei agreement papers ka Jo UK serial number hei woh kafi logon se miltei hei mera same serial number.
Q na hum sab log jaye wahan agreement or notces lekar dekhletei hei kitna legal hei woh log MCA list mei unka company Naam hi nhi hei.
Hi frnds, iam also faced this problem.iam completed the work also they told your qc repirt will be failed u will pay the registration charges 4500 advocate will be called todya i would pay the money also they didn't send the NOC again they called to me u continue the work for 11 months this is an agreement i[censored] r not interested to pay for some money for agreement cancellation otherwise case will be filed they talk hardly . i am also facing same problem. i done the work but stm company people told to me pay 7510rs today itself otherwise attend the notice date at ourangabad. i am unemployee. i dont have money for oneday food also. but they people force me to paying amount. please help me
