[Resolved]  Online Trading Academy — Refund not being done

On 13/10/2012 I visited online trading academy for a workshop but it was a sales pitch. After the session the counselor somehow convinced me to join the academy. I didn't had money so he suggested ways like transferring the shares in my demat account to sharekhan account and pay the course fees monthly. I didn't do that but paid Rs. 12051 through credit card. Then i had financial problem and did not want to join the course. I called them for a refund. I waited for 15 days and the excuse given to me that that the boss is out. Then I was told that I would be getting the refund on 27th Oct which did not happen. Then I was told that I would get the refund on 29th which was also not done. They don't reply to my emails and hang up when I call. Is this how a professional academy runs?
