I have ordered for redmi note 4 phone online with store24 and paid money via netbanking. My order no was 20412572 on july 24, 2019. I paid rs. 2749 for the phone.

Instead of remi note 4, i received some dummy phone model. I complained immediately to store24 website. I received a mail on september 9, 2019 saying that parcel (Dummy phone) will be picked up by store24 vendor within week.

Till date no one has collected dummy phone from my address. I have send repeated reminders to collect phone or to refund mney. No reply
