Store24.co.in — fraud of company not returning my amount after cancellation of order

Dear sir / madam,
When i am viewing the facebook, i found a shopping add which i attracted & opened the site & login with facebook. The site is https://www.store24.co.in which i shopped a product named: redmi note4 luck by chance; product code: red_4; quantity: 1; cost: 2599 + shipping charges = rs.2749; i paid rs.2749 through my icici bank credit card on 07/03/2019 & they gave me order number: 20243198 with order date: 07/03.2019. I received a box from delivery boy after 12 days. On examination, that box is smaller than my cell redmi note4 & something sound is coming when i shaked the box. I thought that it is a wrong item sent to me intentionally to deceive & the delivery boy confirmed the same that some products are coming in damaged position, dummy position & other sort of malpractices by sellers. Hence i rejected to take delivery of the box without opening the same. The product was returned unopened. Later on 23/03/2019, i received mail from shiprocket. [protected]@net. Shiprocked.in that their delivery associate failed to deliver your order as the shipamount was not ready at the time of delivery. They will try to deliver the product again tomorrow asking me to keep cash rs.2749 ready. I contacted seller store24 through facebook login & applied for cancellation of my order and refund of my amount already paid. Then they acknowledged the receipt of cancellation & they would send the same to concerned department for cancellation & they would revert back the amount to me when they are going to receive their product (Already the product was received by them at that time). After so many requests of cancellation, they didn’t refund me my amount.
Hence i request you to go into the matter & kindly do justice for me in getting back my amount. Awaiting for your kind justice, i remain,
