Storetoshop_Best — fraud by giving wrong products

Hi, i am mahima. I have ordered two gowns of rs.1850 and 1800 for my friends 1 month ago from instagram page storetoshop_best
They said that product will be delivered in 6-7days but the product was not delivered. When i was messaging them for product they blocked me so i messaged them. From another account and warned them. Now product is delivered after 30-40days but they delivered wrong cheap material frock which we have not ordered. Now they are not replying my phone calls and messages.
