Strategy Infocom — not get payment

I have registerd with strategy infocom as part time data entry operator on 14th march 2019 and paid rs..369/- as registration charges and the gave my first workload. I completed the same at the prescribed time and submitted. They said to pay additional amount of rs.1040 as part of salary releasing procedure and said that they will refund the amount along with my first salary of 1400 within 10 minutes. Till now i did not get any response from their side. I tried to contact them several times but there was no response from their side. Please take action on them.
