Stray Dogs — not safe from street dogs

I am piyush chauhan from surat, gujarat. I am currently living at shantikunj society, palapur kakatnaka, rander road. There are so many dogs in our society and out side of the society. They are very much disturbing us. I am coming from job at night 12:30 to 01:00 am. They running behind my bike and running infront of my bike. I am feeling very scary about accident and barking of dogs. We are not safe from dogs. There are so many dogs. Please sir send a van and pick up all the dogs from our society and out side of society. Sir please do something about this complaint. Another i need to drop my job due to unsafe feeling from street dogs.
