Stray Dogs Nuisance — stray dogs problem

There are more than 9-12 dogs and they cause a lot of ruckus during the day and more so during the night, they bark at people and we can't let our kids play in the area due ti this reason. Could the animal control department or the dog catching squad please be sent to our area to help us with this major issue.
