Street Dog Nuisance — street dog barking school children

In my street, there are nearly thirty dogs and puppies who are attacking on children, elder and three children suffered with injuries and pedestrians are fearing to walk on the road
and these dogs are creating lot of nuisance, please address this problem as ASAP as it became a serious concern in our colony.
