Street Dogs — get rid of street dogs

I've encountered dog attack 5 to 6 times. Two dogs bark at me and try to bite me i face difficulty in passing from there either i use different way when there are dogs or carry a stick. Some time they are present in the streets and sometimes they move to different street. I'm facing difficulty as it's my route through which i generally commute. I'm attaching a hand drawn map where dogs can be found
