Street Dogs — iam complaining for stray dogs

This complaint is regarding the street dogs in front of my house which is being a menace evry day.there are almost 8-9 dogs and is being difficullt to go outside and also biting pet dogs.dogs are making different sounds during night times which is not bearable.
kindly look into this issue.
