In my locality - around 10-15 street are harmful and scary to the pedestrians walking over the street. That to During night times its make us not safe to Come out for a walk. Also Some of the Dogs (Even pet dogs) are howling instead of barking. I hope these dogs needs to be vaccinated. Please do the needful. Thanks in Advance
