Street Dogs — street dogs issue in my area

There are around 7 to 10 street dogs on our road these are of big trouble as they fight with each other and make nuisance sounds at night and now a days they capture places in front of our apartment and make it dirty and so we are afraid it may infect our kids so please capture these dogs,
We just want a solution and freedom from these stray dogs issues in night. Kindly help
