Street Style Stalk — not able to return

Address:3RD SECTOR HSR LAYOUT , BANGALORE, 560076

I ordered a footware from street style stalk and was delivered. I am not satisfied with the product and want to return it. But the order status in the site is not updated properly and hence i am not able to place a return request. As the return needs to be initiated within 7 days of delivery, i want this issue to be resolved asap and want my money back.

Did you get any update from the team on your issue. I am facing similar issue and unable to find the return/replacement option on my products.

I have placed 2 orders.. One with#251975 COD which I have cancelled and never received it and the 2nd one is #264200 and returned it because the size was not perfect. I have requested again nd again for my refund but they are not refunding my money.. I need it ASAP..
