Have mailed the company and aldo submitted complain in the consumer complaints but no contact was made from the company's side. How am i supposed to exchange the shoes.
Is th3 company willing to take the responsibility responsibility if the exchange period (15days) gets over?
The company has all it's customer service people busy. No mail id available that one can mail the issues. I fail to understand how a company has such poor communication with their customers. They are to charge extra, deliver late but not ready to resolve the problems of the customers
