[Resolved] Street Style Store — did not any confirmation mail for my order and amount get deducted

I have placed order an order from my MobiKwik wallet to Street Style store on 11/2/2018. The amount has been deducted from that but there is no record for that order in my account in order history since then I am keep on following from these people but no revert my their side

(You have paid Rs. 724 via MobiKwik to mobikwik for Transaction Id 6009337. Amount paid from wallet is 724) This message I got after payment.

Please resolve this problem or refund my money

Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi,

As per our telephonic conversation, we have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "3-5" working days for the refund to complete.

Hope this will be not our last conversation and you will order with us once again.And we assure you, we will go extra mile to give you best of services. Its just that we got unlucky this time.

It's been a 5 days still my money did not get credited.

Even I tried calling 4-5 times to SSS but no was picking the call.

Please help me.
