I ordered a pair of shoes. And the status was shown as priority dispatch. But i didn't receive my shoes till now. No response from your side. I sent so many mails to you. But there is no reply. How irresponsible you are to the customers? Please tell me something about the delivery. The shipping date is beyond to that you have mentioned. So please do something. My case id is 160993

We would like to update you regarding your order query, we are really sorry for the delay in your shipment, but we will definitely do our level best to deliver your order as soon as we can.

To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon
