Hi. I have sent my concern several times that i didn’t get the new product based on my exchange request till now. Old items were picked up from me on 27th dec 2017. Why it’s taking so many days to get the new items?? What’s happening and when i am going to get my items? Waiting for you guys to respond. You guys don’t have contact number to call and check. This cancellation was due to some operational problem on our end . We have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete.
