[Resolved] Street Style Store — exchange process not initiated since 3 months

I had order 3 shoes out of which i gave 2 back for exchange. Its been 3 months now since i have initiated the exchange and when i mailed them they always told me that the product is in high demand and is out of stock. I asked them for refund too but they said don't have refund policy. Nor did they cancel the order and gave me a credit voucher. This fraud company should be banned for business. I need my product or refund! My order no. Is #3126274.
