I ordered 3 footwear for 999 from delhi and i sent them to my relatives in ahmedabad. When they received it they found it was smaller size. They requested for exchange and your delivery partner came to delhi for picking up those footwear but still those footwear are in ahmedabad so can you initiate the pick up facility in ahmedabad or they can send you those footwear by courier at your address.

I want you to reply as soon as possible for my current situation and what else could be done to solve this issue
I need reply as soon as possible because my exchange period is going to over. I tried contacting you many times. But no response.
You are doing fraud.
Never answering calls.
I want immediate action or else give my money back.
I am going to write the worst review regarding your website if you still dont respond to my complaints.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we arrange the pickup of all 3 product from your new address ( Gujarat ) which you shared with us, the pick-up will take "2-3" working days. Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

Hello, I had ordered from sst store on 10/12/2019, it's a prepaid order, i haven't received the order still, tried the customer care no but no response, tried the email, still no response i have payed 1150, i want a solution for this
