[Resolved] Street Style Store — fraudulent activities

I had ordered a pair of boots on 13.10.2018 and got the product delivered within 10 days but the size was smaller from the size i had ordered. I quickly applied for exchange and it has been now more than a month that my product has not been delivered. They have put their customer care number on busy and always mail me asking to wait. Soon this case would complete 2 months. And i don't understand what company takes so long to even manufacture and deliver a product.
Complete fraud!

I would like to add that the size I had ordered was 41 and what I got was 40. But what they did so cleverly was putting a sticker of 41 over the original size of 40. Now I feel it was all intentional as they knew the customer would definitely exchange the product as they don’t have an option of refund or return and exchange is possible only for the product size and not a different product!
They have really good strategies of befooling their “customers” but not good enough to keep their trust. Your company deserves to be sued.
