Street Style Store — fraudulent website- not refunding my money

Such a fraud company it is..I had made an order of near about 5000/- since past two months...still I haven’t received my order. Every now and then I would have to ask them about my product status either via email or lodging a request in their own ‘fake’ website but no reply...evn if they reply it would be after 2-3 days taking their own sweet time and that too creepy replies like “ once we get your order shipped, you will get a confirmation mail” then “ once your item is getting dispatched we will give you a confirmation mail”. Heck with their mails or replies...no proper answer..and when nothing is there to tell, they have mailed like “we regret for the inconvenience but the manufacturing items are not there to make your product”...I was ok fine but at least give my money back no problem...this company is like “our products are worthy to wait”...for two months? As if their product is coming from Atlanta..
Am literally fed up with sending them 100’s of mails asking for refund but they are not giving it back... I request to resolve my case asap

We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we have already initiate your refund for order #2868539 and it will be reflect in your Bank account within 3-5 working days and we arrange the pickup of the product in order #2828353, the pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, we will initiate your refund for "Strawberry swing Brown".

Please mark this case as "Resolved" if you find that the query is resolved from our end.

Definitely I’ll mark it as ‘Resolved’ once it practically gets resolved.

I just really thank this website for making StreetStyleStore employees call me to resolve this issue so quickly. I mean am so shocked, the company which doesn’t even have a proper contact number to reach, they once in a fine morning made a call. Just cause I put my real complaint along with their own communications as a proof, I think somewhere it was helpful for you people as well.
Thank you soooo much for opening this platform where effected consumers could open up their views and thought about any fraudulent company existing. At least reading all these, the consumers will become more aware whether to do online shopping or not!

Hi team,
According to this fraudulent company, they had a revert saying within 2-3 working days they would arrange the pick up of Strawberry Swing Brown Shoes, but have not arranged anything till now..below is the newest mail I got asking again for 200/-. I couldn’t understand, it’s not my fault why they haven’t delivered the product on time..since it’s happening cause of their own fault, they have to pay me extra infact for wasting more than two months of my time and money. Upon everything, my continuous bugging them with mails like; “where’s my product?”, “Why it’s not been delivered yet?”, “what’s the status of my order?”. Unnecessarily they are dragging it. Kindly ask them to refund my money back as early as possible. Am not gonna pay them a single penny more. This is brutal company which is shamelessly squeezing the customers. This sort of company must not exist anywhere.

Hi team it’s been more than “7” days as per this fraudulent company SSS communicated via mail. And nothing has been credited back to my account. Please don’t believe in their false commitments they might have told you as well. Humble request to strictly ask them pay my money back for the earlier order & the recently picked (back from my home) order as well. One for white sneakers and the other for strawberry string brown shoes.

Dear team,
Pls look into the attachments below. This creepy fraudsters has not credited my amount after so many days. Attached herewith is the amount I paid which they have to pay me back and their communication via mail. That have already picked the Strawberry Swing Brown shoes but hasn’t updated as ‘product collected’ when I checked their website. It’s been more than two weeks that they have initiated the amount it seems and from past two weeks their 4-5 working days aren’t over. Liars of the century!
Pls look into this case and help me to sort it out as easily as possible.

You people cannot even resolve this small issue then why you have shamelessly opened this so called site? It’s been more than two weeks that it’s not resolved.

Again they are asking me to pay more money (Rs.200) to pick their own product it seems...look how useless they are! I just asked them to arrange a pick up of their own product which they couldn’t deliver on time and I had informed them very clearly since it was urgent I already bought it from a nearby mall. Today they have mailed me the attachment below.
Pls help to get my money back asap.

It’s very disappointing that a platform which you have given is of no use. It’s now like the same response I got from that fraudulent company as well. Mailing you, keeping you posted, updating you every now and then but this site is also same. No reply, no revert, no update. We, common public comes with a hope in this https://www.consumercomplaints.in website to get a support and instead you aren’t reverting or answering except for once.
Unfortunately consemetcomplaints.in is of no use. Rather than helping general public you are not at all bothered whether the issue has been solved or not.
Very regrettable situation to hope that you’ll be helping the customers.
