I ordered shoes from your app but that fitting was not good for me that's way i raise size exchange request after 2 days that fedex guy was came and picked my parcel but still i didn't receive my new parcel why its happening i want that shoes cause i already paid money for it and you guys are giving me pathetic service i never seen that kind of irresponsible application before that

I had ordered a hoodie from sss and which then got cancelled dut to some reasons.Payment has been refunded back but not into my bank account but into the sss wallet.I request you to please transfer this payment into my bank account from which I did transaction for this order.
