Hi I am Anushka. This is to inform you that because of the very poor user interface of your website and your lack of providing utmost customer service, i am about to face a huge loss.
I had ordered 3 pairs of sandals (each of size 36) at 999 (plus additional charges) on 22nd Dec 2020, whose order ID is 3956512.
The shipment came in successfully on 31st Dec 2020. The sandals weren’t of correct size to me and I had requested for an exchange of the whole order with a bigger size.
However there was only ONE OPTION in the website, which displayed the picture of only one of the sandals for an exchange. There wasn’t an option for exchanging all the three. I had anyhow proceeded with the option placing an exchange with a bigger size( order id : 4005191)
The next day, a delivery boy came in and i gave all the three sandals to him and also made sure to notify the team about this over email and Instagram.
Unfortunately there wasn’t any positive response from the team.
The sandal, whose image was displayed at the time of exchange was delivered to me on Jan 10, 2021.
There is no news of the other two sandals.
I did not receive a mail or even a phone call to assist me with the same.
I tried multiple times on the phone number provided and still no information.
I'm extremely DISAPPOINTED and would like to escalate this issue.
Either i want the other two sandals exchanged or the money back.
