I have not got my shoes it's been nearing a week my I'd is #2140651, and when I'm trying to track the product it's showing that since 8 of March to 22 of March status that's some one had already purchased the product on 8 th of this month and on 22 March it has arrived to the seller, below im sending a screenshot of it

I have not received my order yet, its been more than 20 days.
My order reference is #2109651. Its a prepaid order. I received all the other items orders on time because they were COD, So What kind of a service you provide.
