[Resolved]  Street Style Store — i placed an order for 3 dresses when i got the invoice i see only two dresses listed

Case #560944 - i'm missing an item from my order, what can i do?
I've sent multiple emails followed up on the cases but didn't get a response yet. I tried calling customer support but the call gets automatically disconnected after waiting for 3mins. Can someone please help me?

Really like you - size : m contrast binding collar blouse brown - size : m ruffle trim dress (Grey)- size : m i had placed the order for these three dresses. Ruffle trim dress (Grey)- size : m went out of stock and was available again then i placed the order but invoice has only two items listed. I want the trim dress hence i placed the ordered quickly but the same dress is not in the invoice list. Please cancel the order[protected] and refund my money i wont bother you again.

I love this shopping site and their clothes but their tool has some probelm it doesn't take voucher codes (at times) and the support team is slow. This is my first support case so I should not be judging them so fast. I'll wait patiently

I got a response from SSS support that the order is dispatched. The very next second after i made the payment I've informed the team about the wrong invoice. I have wasted time, money and ended up feeling so bad cause i purchased on SSS.

Indian consumer support, can you please look into my case since SSS support does not seem to care. This site does not value customers their application does not work as per requirements. PLEASE DO SOMETHING
