[Resolved] Street Style Store — my order hasn't been shipped and i didn't receive the order confirmation mail

Order hasnt been shipped yet, and no way to track it. A customer confirmation mail also hasnt been sent. My order purchase date was 05/11/2017 and no information about the order has been given to me. There is no way i can contact tgem as well as they are not responding to my mails or no contact has been made. I am very worried about my money. My order no. Is 1878312 and reference no: jelyfrejp

Mine also is the same case. Ordered on 19th October that too. No replies on the mail as well. Was your payment made as well before?
