[Resolved] Street Style Store — No delivery of my order/No reply/ No status

I have placed an order for clothing on 28th Nov 2020 from Streestylestore And as they claim to ship the order within 21 days, I waited. Now it's more than one month. It's 4th January 2021 and I haven't received any tracking details, no information regarding my order. I had paid in advance. I tried to contact them but all of their executives are always busy. Scam! Even their customer support never replied after promising a reply within 24-48 days. I've raised tickets 3 times. Neither they are sending the product, nor replying. What is this platform? Can anybody tell me? One guy named Rahul Sharma with number [protected] called me saying he is calling from SSS refund sector. How did my information get to him? How did he get my number? No reply from the team yet? And people are trying to scam me.
