[Resolved] Street Style Store — no details of the product for exchange | |
I had ordered 3 pairs of footwear in the month of october and as per the delivery conditions i waited for it to get delivered withun 21 days which was not the case. Secondly due to size issues i applied for the exchange of my product. They cane to pick my product in 3 days but there had been no lead of that after it being picked up. What the hell is going on? Is this how you treat your customers? If you are not capable of exchanging my product kindly pay me my 1100 money back or else i might have to report against the website?
